Ooh my poor neglected blog, what a big rubbish I have been.
To be honest, my blogging break was somewhat involuntary because my old internet connection, which used to be through the boyfs work network, suddenly started blocking blogger.
I’m hooked up with my own broadband now though. Which means, for me, the cyberspace just got bigger. The filters on that old connection blocked out the most innocuous of pages, including some of my most favourite blogs, so it’s all very exciting to actually be able to look at the whole internet.
I shall now be even able to look at the words for all kinds of body parts, including bum and boobs and even scrotum. Who knows what kind of corruption I am about to suffer.

I would have thought bum, boobs and scrotum would have been in the top 10 searches at your boyfriend's work - or weren't the students allowed access?
Being boringly serious for a moment, I think this is one of the services that the Web (not the Internet - people always confuse the two) has done for us: allowed us access in the privacy of our own home to all the information we would normally be too embarrassed to seek from human informers. And a jolly good thing too.
If ignorance equates to poverty then the Web stands to make us rich.
It's nice to have you back, anyway. I'm sure your descent into depravity via the medium of alternate words for bodily parts will make highly entertaining reading.

There's a thing to yell when you stub your toe.
Filters are a vile thing. I recall friends working for Rowntrees in York during college holidays. Rowntrees said to all the new workers, "Eat as much of the products as you want"
After a week, the mention of chcolate would turn lifelong chocoholics green.
I suspect the innertent is like this... Yes, I'm a bloke, so i have looked at um, er, well, moving along now, nothing to see here folks....
After a while, the most outrageous stuff provokes a yawn.
And I go read some poetry.
